在上海理工大学，近年来先后成立了医工交叉研究生院、卓越工程师学院、东方泛血管器械创新学院、公利医院医疗技术学院等，通过实行双导师制、短学期、微课程、住企（院）联合培养等方式，让学生深度参与、体验，实现产品思维、技术支撑、创业素养全方位赋能。

此外，上海还积极提升高校基础研究水平。发挥高校基础研究主力军作用，支持复旦大学、上海交通大学开展高校基础研究高地建设，分别成立了相辉研究院、思源研究院。依托数理化生等基础学科领域，支持上海高校建设上海数学中心、李政道研究所、费林加诺贝尔奖科学家联合研究中心等高水平基础研究机构。同时，推进高校与产业界高水平产学研协同创新，以国家重大任务和产业发展需求为牵引，打通科学研究、技术开发到产业化的创新链条，推动高校创新要素向企业集聚。

华东理工大学紧紧围绕国家战略和上海三大先导产业，纵深推进新能源新材料、大健康大安全“两新两大”发展布局，深化与行业龙头企业产教融合，全面提高人才自主培养质量，支撑高水平科技自立自强。

同济大学则全面对接人工智能“上海方案”，以工程智能为切入点，提升科技创新策源能力，服务城市更新、量子城市建设等重大项目，为建设具有全球影响力的重要教育中心和科创中心贡献同济力量。

上海理工大学着力探索建立“零距离、冒热气、不松劲”的长效化、可持续的产教合作机制。自2019年启动学科交叉培育项目以来，上理工医工交叉项目共开展五批项目，立项358项，累计经费投入为4315万元。随着“环上理”医疗器械产业带蓝图的徐徐展开，上理工与上海交大医学院成立了“医工交叉创新研究院”，又在长三角地区及上海的三甲医院建立专门的研究中心。在成果转化平台方面，以上海理工大学国家大学科技园为主体，在松江、宝山、浦东等设立医疗器械技术转移与成果孵化基地；并携手市、区卫健委共建市东医院，实现教、医贯通“渠道”，在医工交叉创新平台建设过程中布局未来，推动学校进入全方位发展的“快车道”。

央视网消息：1月29日是春运第四天。记者从国铁集团获悉，1月29日，全国铁路客流将保持高位运行，预计发送旅客1200万人次，计划加开旅客列车665列。1月28日，全国铁路发送旅客1172.6万人次。

从12306的售票情况看，高峰期1秒钟就能售出1000多张车票。北京、上海、重庆、武汉、西安、成都连续两天稳居出行目的地排行榜的前六名上海龙凤419。

铁路部门细化服务 暖心旅客回家路　　春运期间，铁路部门加大对重点旅客的服务，细化各种细节，让旅客回家路上更暖心。

这几天从武汉去往成都、重庆和广州、上海、北京等地客流增多。汉口火车站新开设了中转旅客换乘中心，与“老、幼、病、残、孕”重点旅客候车区、儿童游乐区和母婴哺乳室构成四个独立区域，在这里候车的旅客由专人引导、优先进站。

在广西梧州，独行的老人、带小孩的旅客等有需要帮助的旅客，进站时手臂上会被贴上一朵小红花。国铁南昌局则是在列车上为老、幼、病、残、孕等重点旅客座位旁挂上“五色识别牌”，方便工作人员持续关注并及时提供帮助。

随着回家过年的旅客逐渐增多，车站出现禁止或限制铁路运输的物品也越来越多。济南站在安检口为旅客提供快递“随手寄”等服务。广州多个火车站则设置了多个旅客免费充电台，每个充电台最多可满足8名旅客对电脑、手机等常用电子产品应急充电需要。爱上海419论坛

针对春运期间行李多的问题，国铁西安局在列车上准备了防滑垫，用于稳固行李箱的存放。此外，还为旅客准备了不同颜色的香囊，以增加相似行李箱的辨识度，从而避免旅客拿错行李。

铁路部门在细化各种服务措施的基础上，还加大对安全的监管力度，尤其是高铁的通信传输系统，一旦出现重大故障，高铁将无法正常运营。在郑西高铁，国铁郑州通信段全面升级改造了通信传输系统，使得传输速率较以往提升了四倍，增加了安全系数。上海养生网

满足旅客出行需求 热门线路增开列车　　铁路客流量持续高位运行，铁路部门在热门线路增开列车。

国铁北京局在哈尔滨、沈阳、郑州、太原等热门方向加大运力投放。广铁集团重点加开前往南宁、贵阳、重庆等热门方向列车。国铁成都局加开了茂县至峨眉山、成都东至宜宾、镇江关至成都东、重庆西至达州等中短途动车20多对。银川火车站增加了银川至天水南、银川至兰州西等高峰线动车组列车共9对上海新茶工作室联系方式。为满足跨境旅客出行需求，铁路部门将中老铁路国际旅客列车的跨境席位增加至350个。

龙元素扮靓车厢 特色服务温暖旅途　　春运期间，全国铁路客流（量）持续保持高位。河南铁路部门推出特色服务，确保广大旅客平安、有序、温馨出行。

1月28日，国铁郑州局发送旅客46.3万人次，客流集中在北京、广深、沪宁杭地区。铁路部门科学安排，增加重点地区、热门方向运力供给。

G7929次列车连接了河南的两座城市濮阳和洛阳。列车上，龙帽子、龙气球、龙形灯笼等龙元素随处可见。工作人员准备了漫画、葫芦烙画、剪纸等，还邀请旅客参与互动环节“画龙点睛”。

“情暖驿站” 温暖务工人员返乡路　　春节临近，为了让返乡过年的外来务工人员回家之路更加安心和暖心，广东启动“情暖驿站”大型春节关爱公益活动，为返乡摩托车驾乘人员、跨省卡车司机等提供近20种免费服务。

在广东每年的春运大潮中，总有摩托大军的身影出现在公路上。他们大多数是从外地到广东务工的工人，春节前将骑摩托车返回广西、贵州等地，与家人团圆过年。

随着2024年春运启动，在广东佛山的龙山加油站迎来了数十米长的摩托车队。佛山龙山加油站是大多数在粤务工返乡摩骑人员必经的站点。

随着“情暖驿站”大型春节关爱公益活动的启动，现场陆续有骑摩托车返乡的务工人员来到这里享受免费加油和领取物品。
